TRIPLE
HORSE AQUIRES NEW STABLES
Atlanta, Georgia -
The southeast's quickly expanding production company just
got bigger. Having outgrown its current stables, Triple
Horse Entertainment has a new home. The 48,000 square
foot facility, located at 8111 Technology Drive in Covington,
Georgia, has ample space for all of Triple Horse's many
departments.
Karl Horstmann, owner of Triple
Horse Entertainment, says, "This facility allows
us to expand our creative ability to tell stories in a
manner that is consistent with the high production values
we are accustomed to by having all departments in an ergonomically
integrated environment."
Unlike most facilities, which
are only set up for one part of production, the new Triple
Horse headquarters is set up similar to a major studio,
with ample space for every facet of pre through post-production,
and is equipped and positioned to facilitate a synergistic
filmmaking process to maximize creativity and ensure productivity.
"It's all about having the
room to do what we need to do," says John Hembree,
executive producer at Triple Horse. "Our Art Department
encompasses over 5,000 square feet of space dedicated
to the creation and construction of sets and props. Lighting
and grip includes over 2,000 square feet; Camera Department
over 1,500 square feet. And we have two double-walled,
acoustically treated sound stages: one 60X80' and a second
at 40X60'. (page
